Booking
-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required upon booking. Your deposit will go towards your service. The remaining balance must be paid IN FULL midway thru your service.
Service Notes
- Prior to your appointment, please have bare nails. If you require a soak off, please request it as an additional service upon booking. If you do not, you will be charged an additional $25 for the service at the time of your appointment IF time allows me to do so. If not, you will not be serviced or refunded your deposit. (I do not work over other nail techs work and I do not soak off sets performed by any tech other than myself)
- Please do not come to your appointment with damaged nails. You will not be serviced and you will not be refunded your deposit.
Cancelation Policy
- You have 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel/ reschedule without losing your deposit. If you cancel later than that, your deposit will not be refunded, and subject to being charged the full service fee.
Late Policy
-There is a 15-minute grace period, and you will be charged an addition $10. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded.
